Payment & shipping
- Sample orders
- Sample fees are payable in full before sample development begins.
- Bulk orders
- 70% deposit before bulk production. The remaining 30% is payable before shipment, after pre-shipment photos/videos are provided or an inspection is completed, as agreed for the order.

- All shipping costs are borne by the customer.
