Decisions to resolve early
Start by resolving gaps in the tech pack. Pocket dimensions, seam types, fastener positions and care requirements should be clear enough to compare a sample against the brief.
What approval should cover
A documented approval stage reduces ambiguity. Keep the latest measurement sheet, material references and signed sample aligned so a reorder does not rely on memory.
