Plan a schoolwear collection for your supply business
Develop private label school uniforms with our production factory in Humen, Dongguan. We work from a schoolwear brief covering the garments, school colours, measurements and branding your customers need. Shirts, trousers, skirts, blazers, knitwear and PE clothing can be reviewed as separate styles within one coordinated programme.
- Build an order by style and colour
- The minimum is 100 pieces per style, per colour, with a mix of 4 sizes. A shirt in white and the same shirt in blue needs at least 100 of each colour. Add the trousers as a separate style; their quantity does not make up a shortfall in the shirt order. Send the proposed quantities in each size rather than assuming an equal split.
- Define a fit range before grading
- Send garment measurements or an approved reference sample, not age labels alone. Identify the intended pupil age range, fit preference and whether the school uses tucked shirts, elastic-waist trousers or other specific details. Review how the chosen four sizes relate to the complete range you intend to offer.
- Keep school identity consistent
- Provide a physical colour reference, logo artwork and a placement drawing for each garment. A crest sized for a blazer may need a different layout on a shirt pocket. Approve decoration on the selected fabric and record the approved shade, dimensions and position for future orders.
- Work back from the required arrival date
- Tell us your destination country, required arrival date and planned quantities. Simple-style sampling takes 7–12 days and complex styles 15–20 days. Bulk production is calculated by style and quantity; sample approval, freight and any import steps must be planned separately. Shipping costs are borne by the customer.

How do we start a school uniforms project?

Which materials can we review?
Easy-care shirting, Polyester–viscose suiting, Cotton-rich jersey. Final selection depends on your intended use and sample approval.
Do you manufacture in Australia, the UK or the US?
Our production factory is in Humen, Dongguan, China; the registered business is Yiwu Nai Shi Clothing Factory. Tell us your destination and shipment requirements for a project-specific proposal. We do not present this service as local manufacturing or local stock.
Can a school uniform order mix sizes and colours?
Each style and colour requires at least 100 pieces, with a mix of 4 sizes. For one shirt style in two colours, plan at least 200 pieces total and provide a separate size breakdown for each colour. A wider size range needs a separate review.
What should we retain for a schoolwear reorder?
Keep the approved sample, measurement chart, fabric and colour references, logo files and packing instructions. Quote these when requesting a reorder so material availability and any specification changes can be reviewed before a new production date is agreed.
What is your MOQ?
Our minimum order is 100 pieces per style, per color, with a mix of 4 sizes. Each style/color combination must meet the minimum separately. For example, one style in two colors requires at least 200 pieces in total: 100 of each color. Share your allocation across the 4 sizes for review.
Can you develop samples?
Yes. Sample cost is from us$44.70 per sample; final price depends on materials and construction. Sampling takes 7–12 days for simple styles; 15–20 days for complex styles.
Do you provide OEM and ODM?
OEM starts with your design or tech pack. ODM includes assistance with concepts, patterns, materials and sample development.
