Develop tagless T-shirts around the neckline and fabric
Create private label T-shirts for children's or adult collections with a clearly specified neck-label solution. Tagless refers to the label arrangement; the fabric, neckline and seams still need their own sample review.
- Choose the label location and method
- Identify which sewn-in label should be removed or replaced. Heat-transfer branding is one option to review, but its surface feel, size and position need approval on the selected jersey. Provide the product and care information your programme requires and agree where it will appear.
- Specify the neckline as well as the label
- Send preferences for neck opening, binding width and the way the seam contacts the skin. Review shoulder and side seams too. For children's and adult versions, supply separate measurement charts rather than relying on the same neck opening scaled across all ages.
- Review the finished sample after care
- Assess label feel and adhesion, neck recovery, fabric hand feel and dimensions after the intended wash routine. Record feedback in terms of a location and an observable change. Decide on any revisions before the fabric, label artwork and pattern are approved for bulk production.

- Provide a physical swatch or recognized color reference; approve the selected fabric shade before production.
- Size options
- Buyer-defined measurements and size grading. Specify your destination market, fit block and size allocation.
